The first two levels of MCH's new Medical Pavilion house the Outpatient Surgery Center. Situated on Level 1 are a patient registration, pre-admission testing, diagnostic radiology, including MRI and CT suites, and a large family waiting area with an adjacent Starbucks coffee shop. On Level 2 there is a 13 bed patient prep. areas, 4 fully equipped surgery rooms, 4 endoscopy procedure rooms and a large post anesthetic care unit (PACU). 

The Skybridge linking Level 2 to the hospital across the street is the first air rights crossing in Odessa and has already become a signature element for the city and the medical center.

Levels 3 and 4 are reserved for Physician’s private offices. The building can be expanded in the future to a 5th Level, adding 22,000 SF.

The complex includes a 5-story, 350 space parking garage with a roof-mounted heliport for MCH’s CareStar helicopter service - one of the most successful air ambulance services in the US.
