Wildcat
Golf Clubhouse
Size:
14,500 SF
Client: Lexington Holdings
Wildcat Golf Club, built on a municipal landfill, is the first brownfield recreational redevelopment in the region.
The 36-hole, daily fee course is an exceptional golf complex offering dramatic changes in elevation and clear views of downtown Houston.
A complex of buildings, designed to replicate early Texas rural building style, support the golf course.
Included is the 14,500 s.f. clubhouse with its stone and plaster walls and standing seam metal roof.
The clubhouse contains a pro shop, men and women's locker rooms, administrative offices, dining room and a full service kitchen.
A private conference room, internet hook-up stations and generously sized porches accommodate the many corporate outings held at Wildcat.
The design of the complex and its interiors create a casual, comfortable yet upscale environment for daily fee golfers and corporate visitors.
